Revisited a long-lost technique I once practiced in this set of works. It’s also a happy coincidence that I’m able to display the work just 2 kilometers from the source of inspiration — the mystical Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave) in Ubud, dating back to the 9th century.

In Primeval Playground, I explore the notion of myth and storytelling as portals to another realm, passages into imagination. The fairy tales and folklore I cherished in childhood continue to shape my perception as an adult, intertwining memory and fantasy, and influencing how I see the world.
